Dear colleagues, We wish to extend a cordial invitation to the 2nd International Congress on Radiation Physics and Chemistry of Inorganic Materials, High Current Electronics, and Modification of Materials with Particle Beams and Plasma Flows to be held in Tomsk, Russia, on September 10-15, 2006. The Congress unites three mutually related traditional International Conferences being regularly held in Tomsk: the 13th International Conference of Radiation Physics and Chemistry of Inorganic Materials (13th RPC), the 14th International Symposium on High-Current Electronics (14th SHCE), and the 8th International Conference on Modification of Materials with Particle Beams and Plasma Flows (8th CMM). Traditionally, the program of three conferences covers a wide range of technical areas including physical and chemical non-linear processes in inorganic dielectrics under the action of particle and photon beams, pulsed power technology, ion and electron beams, high-power microwaves, plasma and particle beam sources, modification of materials, and pulsed power applications in chemistry, biology and medicine. The five-day conference format will provide excellent opportunity for both formal presentation and informal discussion about topics of interest to conference participants. The conferences will be held at the Rubin Congress Center, the Institute of High Current Electronics, and Institute of Atmospheric Optics, all of them are located in the Academic Town of the Tomsk Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The conference location is 30 minutes (by bus) from the downtown of Tomsk. Tomsk is an old Siberian city has celebrated its 400th anniversary in 2004.
