Abstracts must be received by Monday, February 20, 2006.
Abstracts are only submitted for the purpose of Conference program scheduling and will not be published separately. The Organizing Committee will confirm receiving your abstract via e-mail within three days. The authors will be notified of paper acceptance for the conference program by March 6, 2006.
Abstract length should be no more than one page of A4 or Letter format (400 words or less). The abstract must contain the title, author(s), and the affiliation(s) with address(es) as a heading. The name of presenting author should be indicated in all capitals. The presenter must be a registered conference participant. Abstracts may be submitted either in English or in Russian (in the latter case, the title, author(s), and the affiliation(s) with address(es) should be doubled in English).

In the accompanying letter, please indicate your Conference Registration Number and preferable form of presentation (oral/poster) as well as the conference title and the appropriate section of the scientific program. The session organizers and the Technical Program Committee retain the final authority for oral/poster placement and the order of papers in the sessions.
